I like the blocks, and love them with the sashing, both colors. My warped brain said, why not both? Maybe in a zigzag kinda layout. Would look cool, I think!

I like it on the design wall with the white showing - so I vote for white sashing! Yellow looks great, too. Although blue is my favorite color, I like white and yellow more than the blue sashing.

Great looking blocks! |
I prefer no sashing - love the scrappy look!
My pick would be the yellow.
I've always been told yellow is very powerful and will dominate if used in abundance. I agree with another post that black would be a good choice.
The blocks without the sashing look good! If it were mine and I wanted the look of sashing I'd use either the yellow (a first choice) or the blue, but I'd make the sashing very narrow. The narrow sashing will give it a mild "pop" and not take away from the beauty of the blocks. Great job!
I think, I like the yellow best too, but I notice it will blend into your blocks. But I'm sure what ever you choose will look awesome!
Like the blue sash.. Looking forward to finished.
I love the blue sashing
One more vote for black. Great looking blocks.

The blue is my preference.
I think that the yellow sashing would swallow the blocks. The first thing I see is the sashing. The blue would give continuity to the blocks and not overwhelm them.IMHO LOL
Love the yellow.........makes this look like spring..........
Love it with the yellow.

I like both the blue and the yellow. Can you mix them?
No sashing! Jan
blue is vote
I like the sashing but torn between the 2 colors - I guess its what you like best
No sashing gets my vote...very nice quilt.
I think I like it better with no sashing. That would be ny #1 pick. #2 pick would be the gold sashing.
I cast my vote for no sashing. I like that scrappy look.
I like them without the sashing.
I like the yellow. I see you have varying opinions. Let us know which you select. Great quilt anyway you finish it.
I like the blue.

Thanks, Brenda |
I like the blue sashing best. I think it is more pleasing to the eye and I think the yellow just blends in. Nice quilt.
Sorry but I don't like either of the sashes. Did you try a red or rush whatever the blocks have. Sometimes the colors don't photograph what they really are. I love the blocks.
Nice work. |
I like the yellow best but if you go with out it'll look like an old timey quilt
The sashing detracts from your pattern, in my opinion anyway.
I prefer no sashing on this one. |
I think it will look great without any sashing. However, if you choose sashing, I like the yellow best.
I ditto this comment ---
generally I prefer sashing, but this time I would go with blocks butted up against one another. |
I love the yellow sashing.

I like the yellow for sashing and maybe the blue would be nice for the boarders. It is very pretty. Which ever you do it is going to be very nice.
I love it with no sash! Pretty Blocks
Actually think the scrappy look is best met without sashing.
i usually encourage sashing, but like these better without. Really sweet, love your quilt!
