Do you make your own name tag for you quilts or do you order them?

Make my own...either an iron on pattern I put on a piece of muslin, fill in the info with a permanent pen, then sew to the quilt; or sometimes I just sign the back of the quilt in a corner with my name and the date. That's what I do for most charity quilts.

I call them labels and I make my own with as much info about the maker/receiver/date/design/techniques as I can.
