I make my own....the last baby quilt I made had dragons in it and I traced one of the dragons on white fabric and colored with fabric pens....then wrote the info on it. Turned out real cute.

As do I. I print them on my computer customized for each quilt, and often a little clip art with it. I even have some care info at the bottom of my labels in size 8 font.

I make my own using Microsoft Word. I try to have at least 2 (better if I have 3) quilts that need labels so I can get the "most" out of a sheet of Computer Printer Fabric. I've also used the iron-on transfer labels from books.

I make my own. You need an inkjet printer to do it.

I spray 505 on a piece of 100 pct cotton and smooth it onto a sheet of printer paper.

I already have my design all set up in the computer and then I print it out. I then separate it from the printer paper and set the ink with a DRY iron.

I then wash it with cold water and vinegar for extra insurance and iron it again. This way if it is going to run (only usually because the cotton I thought was 100 pct was not), I know before putting it on the quilt.

Then I applique it onto the quilt back.

I have label maker on my computer and that is what I use.
Lots of designs, etc. to chose from. Betty Lee

Your label is beautiful! I see why your step daughter liked it so well! What a thoughtful Mom you are!
