I make my own with my printer/scanner.
There is a lot of material on doing this if you use the SEARCH on this site. It is so easy, creative, and fun. ali |
I make my own. I embroider them by hand!

Oh, that label is special. I made a rag quilt for my granddaughter's best friend and she was more concerned about the LABEL I was going to put on it than she was the quilt. ha. She had seen an embroidered label and she wanted one "like that".... She just knew she wanted it "special"...

I make my own too. It isn't hard...just put on all the information you want including date and name of piecer(s) and quilter(s). Include who it is for and occasion (if there is one) and name of the quilt. I have seen them with this info machine stitched as well, but I just use a permanent fine point marker. :-D

I write my label in "Word" on my computer. Then I iron my label fabric onto the shiny side of freezer paper. Then feed the freezer paper, fabric side up, through my computer and print my label! Iron well to set the ink.

i make personal labels for my quilts, containing the name of the quilt, any pertinent information concerning patterns, designs; my name, date, city, state, fiber content, care instructions and if it is a personal quilt the persons name and any other pertinent info is also included. i have written whole letters for labels on quilts when it was what needed to be included.

I make my own using my Brother Duetta embroidery machine. Everyone is quite impressed when they see their name on the label, along with the date & that I made it with love for the person.
