My favorite is the tip to use basting spray. Saves my knees and works better for quilting. I love that stuff. And they hooked my up with Connecting Threads.

Don't just fill one bobbin when you have to stop for that. Fill several and save them in a tube container (I use the ones my diabetic test strips come in.) I used to get frustrated when my bobbin ran out. Now I just pop in another one and keep on.

Starch, starch, starch.

Ready to try the glue basting tip - I have five tops finished that need to move on to the next step - and don't feel bad about that after reading that several of you are in the same boat.

I have learned many great things over the time I have been reading this board, books, patterns, free sites, but right now my favorite is about the Bow Tucks Bag. Just finished what will be only my first one and love the comments. It's like getting a hug when someone notices your work.

Yep, I think my favorite is the glue basting for binding. No more getting stabbed with pins. I had also never heard of the D9P and still haven't tried one, but will soon. And all the great suggestions for making HST's, and....and....and...

Found a thread on OBW.....it was wonderful. Used a chunk from the stash.....now have thirty georgeous pansy blocks. I will wait til spring to see if compatible pansy fabric comes out.

everything.....but I think the best was when cutting squares that are 7/8 inch to do it a few inch, then you have a little more to square off.....
