The block is gorgeous. I would continue making the rest of the blocks and add either red or blue sashing. It will be a beautiful quilt. Thanks for sharing. Eiltcoq.

You're on the right track, go for it. The bold colors are part of the fun of it.

To do a mockup, copy it eleven more times and glue them to a paper. I've done this a lot.

It's a software that allows you to edit, create, and share your photos. I use it for digital scrapbooking. I don't know what I would do without it. If you go to the website you can download the newest version of Photoshop Elements, which is what I use. It never occurred to me use it for creating quilt layouts. Thanks for the tip girls!!

I like this idea. I think I'll make the rest of the blocks. Then I can lay them out in front of me with different colors. You all are the greatest!!! Thanks for the compliments.

Yep. It is. It's in one of Carol Doak's books.

THERE IS! There is something called Design Mirror out there where you get two mirrors and a plastic piece to set them in so that they are angled much like a double picture frame would be. You set it on your fabric or block and it shows you multiples.

Looks very labor-intensive! Very pretty, also unusual.
