    Very pretty, as is. I wonder how it would look if you gave it a white sashing. I think it's beautiful without, but if you want to tone down the colors, that might help.

    Try taking two mirrors corner to corner, like 2 sides of a box. Put your square in there. Might give you some idea.

    I use my Appleworks draw program. I just duplicate the block over and over and then play with arrangements. You can try out sashings as well.-Judy

    I like the blue sashing - it allows the beauty of the stars to show better.

    Beautiful block. Why not tape 2 mirrors together and look at your block in them, you can see 4 blocks easily.

    I have done that and it helps to make a decision. That block is gorgeous and I would go with it. Love to see the finished quilt. Keep us updated.
