I am a shop owner and I would want to see it. The customer is always right in our shop. We would replace it. When we cut the FQ's we checking the fabric on both sides, but some things can still slip through. Bring it back to them.

I would tell them that you were sure it was a mistake and you love coming there. I bet they replace it with no problem.

If they don't know about it how can they make sure it doesn't happen again? Politely tell them about it. It may have been as simple as two clerks visiting away and not paying attention to the fabrics at all.

I would contact the fabric compant and also let the Quilt shop know so she can get a refund. hmmm...wonder what country that fabric was made from. So said so many US fabric shops are now out of business.

absolutely take it back. The owner will not be able to resolve anything if nothing is said. that employee or the company that they bought the bolts of fabric from, may need to address.

I would let them know about it - they can't fix the problem if they don't know it exists - I'm sure they won't be happy, but will most likely do right by you - keep us posted on the results, OK?

I, too, would let the owner know. It isn't about the money but the quality.

I would call them and get it replaced at you convenience, it's not the price but good customer service.
