I give you kudos for tackling such a quilt with so many pieces, and twin size to boot. I haven't tied many quilts, but for this quilt, I think tying would be your best bet, especially since you have the binding already on. Great job on the quilt and excellent job on the baby - she's too cute.

The needle I use for tying a quilt comes from a package that has upholstery needles & doll making needles in it. Two of them are curved and one is larger than the other. I've seen them at the dollar store as well as at the grocery store. The smaller one has an eye large enough to thread the small bedspread weight crochet thread.

If you have a needle threader to accommodate a large eye needle (I bought mine online) it will be very helpful. Lovely quilt and baby.
