Should we lock our sewing rooms?

Oh my! I can so see that happening but my sewing room is upstairs and my family wouldn't think of going up there. Now, I did lock it when I had my family for Thanksgiving. I trust my grandchildren but my brother's grandchildren don't know the rules. 11 kids under 10, who knows what could happen.

I am all for harvesting one's own meat but they could keep the table and I would be shopping for a new one for myself. You handled much better than I ever would have. Yes I would put a lock on the door or ask if there was anything else they needed so you could make alist and replace with upgrades, immediately. Kind of like the commercial where the dad cleaned fish on the kitchen table or fixed the toilet and let the plunger and other parts rest on the table. Or changed the babies diaper on the kitchen table.
