I had the problem a long time ago and threw the quilt away 3 different times. Each time someone (husband, daughter, etc.) would bring it back. Being a perfectionist I just could not finish it because of the points. One day my friend saw it in the garbage and I told her my problem, she said, "ever think about calling it a pointless wonder?" Problem solved and my daughter loves it and never takes it of her bed summer or winter. Bittersweet story, but true. My daughter knows of my problem being a perfectionist and she said, "Get over it, mom." I'm trying!!
