What wonderful memories that gave me. My sister and I used to quilt together and I really miss her. I think of her now when I sew and I remember all of the giggles and tears we shared. Nothing compares! Enjoy!!!

Sounds wonderful. My sister, my aunt and I do "virtual quilt alongs" with the help of cell phones.

My sister, who quilts, lives in Durango, CO. Too far from Louisiana to get together to quilt. You are so lucky to have this time together. Now we really need to see some pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good for you ladies. It is fun to stitch with another pal. Sounds like you two were productive.

Babyboomerquilter; She already does! Then she calls me and tells me 1)It was so pretty 2) it was on sale 3)it just jumped into my cart and I hadn't the heart to say No You Can't Come Home With Me. She has caught the bug which is OK but I need rugs for my floor, winters are cold here! She lives some 400 miles further up north.
