Been there. Done that. Quitting was the hardest thing I ever did( except for dieting) but so worthwhile. Congratulations and Keep it up!

Congratulations! Great to hear that you are keeping your hands busy with something productive and so glad to hear that you have one year with no smoking. I am sure it was a hard thing to do but very excited for you.

I suffer with COPD, but have been a non-smoker for about 20 years now. Big, bad, mean, nasty addiction. Be ever so proud of yourself and know that each of us who finally arrived appreciate so much the urges from time to time. But, as said by others, it does indeed get better as time goes on. I applaud you!

I quit in '96 I think it was and still want/need a smoke ever so often

Congrats.

I am a smoker but, I only smoke outside. Doesn't affect the smell of my home nor smell of my fabric.
