That is a nice surprise. I dread the fight that will go on when my mother passes away. There are 8 children and some are better off than others. Nice that they shared.

I know that this is exactly what my three brothers and I would do. I know that all it would take is a phone call and they would be by my side. When my Dad died we were left with three 3 investments. All were split 4 ways. I bought a serger, had laser eye surgery and now I just bought my new Brother NX2000. Every time I see something beautiful, I think of my Dad, everytime I sew I think of my Dad. My brothers are the best.

Great that your family is so good to each other, many would not have shared. Enjoy it and think of your mom often and let your sister/brother know too.

what a nice surprise.. every time you walk into your sewing room you will have reminders from your mom, but I am sorry for your loss...what a great sister you have
