Nice surprise and nice that your sibs shared with you! Sorry about your Mom, but I'm sure she'll be glad that you will get something nice.

I'm glad this insurance/financial issue has brought you even closer together. Unfortunately, the opposite quite freq. happens.

So glad you are all working together through this. Hurts bad enough losing someone, so we have to try harder to make more good thoughts and memories.

How wonderful! Congratulations.
I'm so glad to hear your brother and sister are sharing their inheritance with you. I've known too many that wouldn't share anything. You are blessed. Enjoy your windfall.

I love surprises like that. I have been the recipient of them occasionally. Usually not that high, though. One time though we had a letter from a company my husband used to work for. It sat on top of our piano for probably six weeks or so. I was cleaning one day, and I almost threw it away unopened. Then I thought it might be something he may need to take care of, so I opened it. There was a check for a little over $10,000 in it! Wow! What a great surprise. What was really funny is that I had been working on our bills and knew we owed just under $9,000 to credit card and the pay off on our car. Perfect timing. We were out of debt for about 2 weeks!
