I know that ConnectingThreads sells the ultra thimble (top one) I forgot where I got the under thimble but the above site has both.

DH said he thought he saw the ultra thimble when he got my under thimble. Unfortunately we're not in that state at this time. Will keep looking for it as we travel.

The thimble with the raised edge is WONDERFUL! Your needle doesn't slip off the end of the thimble, but catches on the 'lip'.
