Oh, my yes! I have several quilts in progress. The problem is, there are so many interesting patterns to make and I love to try something new. So it is not just you. I am going to try and work on a quilt for my great-niece this week. Her birthday is in April and it would be so nice to get it finished!

I am always working on several projects. I've got one I'm binding but have to wait on the label, another one ready to put the binding on, one at the longarmers, and I'm setting Easy Street on point this afternoon. I've got several others in various stages but these are the closest to being finished. My goal is to have these four completely done within the next two weeks.

I just move on and then work my way back to my old project. Sometimes, I just need to start that new project to get it out of my head. I know, "No self-control," but life is too short.

I will finish this quilt first! I will finish this quilt first!! At least before I start a QAYG log cabin double size quilt for my son. I've made a wall hanging and a table runner while I was working on this one, so no more until it is done!!

I have 8 flimsies right now (from when I could not move my left arm well enough to sandwich anything). Yes, I want to start something new, but I am going to go get work done on one of the 8.

My sewing room is full of partially completed quilts. I finally decided that I would work on FMQ in the morning. In the afternoon, I work on BOMs and piecing quilts. At night, I work on hand appliqué. With this new schedule, I am beginning to finish things. I like the schedule because I am doing a variety of quilting activities during the day. I get tired quickly if I try to work on one project all day long. My new schedule is really working for me.

I think all but one quilt I've made have involved this stage....absolutely loathing doing the last little bit. It would help if I would make something other than K and Q bed quilts but the last baby quilt was the same....just a shorter time in that stage!!

I finish more than most people ever start. I can only think of one quilt that I just gave away because I couldn't stand it anymore. It was blue and made me seasick!
