I bought what amounts to an endescope unit that hooks to my phone. It has a light on the end and you can get really up close and personal. Turns out I've used it a time or two, and then got better at deal with tension issues and don't use it anymore - but I still have it just in case.

DH has used it more than me, when he's trying to see down inside some mechanical thing he's working on. He got really nice pictures of the inside scoring on a small piston chamber.

Does anyone have the files from the old Yahoo Innova group with the instructions for setting up a camera and monitor. I have some from my FB Q'nique group, but it requires a Windows tablet, I'm trying to keep from buying a new tablet just for this purpose. Surely there is a way to use the little 7" monitor used for backup cameras, just can't figure out how to power it.

There is a new forum that was set up which has the old Yahoo Group files (and messages). Search for innovalongarmquilters all as one word.

Do you know which website is hosting this new forum you're talking about? I did a search with exactly those words but the results were all either Innova or Innova dealer sites.

I looked through the files on the Innova FB page but didn't find anything relating to cameras there.

This, or something similar, might be a solution you could use, depending on the quality of the image.

As long as you have WiFi at home, a security type camera would possibly work.

Thank you, that's much easier to find.
