Beautiful finish petthefabric...lovely focus fabric and coordinating colors. It looks like a nice challenge to design your own...great job!

Sewbizgirl, that backpack is super cute! Nice job...looks pro.

I trimmed down a quilt last night and am now ready to make the binding this morning. I don't know how I would ever get any quilts finished, if it weren't for this monthly thread. It really pushes me to finish things. Thanks everyone.

    Jmoore-pretty quilt.
Sewbizgirl-that back pack is wonderful and you are a fantastic sewer. Lucky granddaughter.
I am making a St. Patrick's day wall hanging but not sure I will get to the finishing part of putting on the binding. I am always late and never decide to make something until like 2 days before the holiday. Oh well, I will have it for next year.

Absolutely beautiful quilt-Petthe fabric. Sounds like a great idea to paint a wall just for the quilt. You really need to display your beautiful work

You are all so ambitious. I finished a quilt last weekend and spent this past week working on baby hats for a local nicu. I need to get back to sewing my son's quilt and wash the fabric for the other son's quilt. I have until next Thursday before I have to do anything so I hope I can get some things done.

    Good luck everyone

PL quilt done and ready to be washed! Now to attack the batting for a couple hours. Then vacuum in here. Will probably have to empty the canister twice but the carpet is so pretty!

Would rather sew but need to be smart about this sewing room.

Rose colored glasses...would this room look better if I had rose colored glasses.

Keep working guys. All these projects posted is SO motivating.

    Default thequiltshow BOM

Yesterday I finished the Small houses 3 & 4 blocks for my BOM I'm doing.

I was so surprised yesterday when I read pumpkinpatchbc dot com blog she shared my first 3 monkeys from her BOM along with another person's. So fun to see blocks made with entirely different fabrics.

Pet, your quilt is totally gorgeous! Perfect in every way!

Thimble, love the houses too. That's going to be stunning.

So much talent in this group!

Had a quilting injury last night. The quilt is so big it's puddling on the floor. Stepped over it and strained my leg. Better today.
Even better, today is IZ #2. Last time I slept the rest of the day.
Tomorrow, back to tackling the binding on that huge quilt. I'm getting too old for lg quilts.

    Houses are great
