I love this quilt. The colors are gorgeous!

Here's my progress today... piles of duos that will become 4-patches and many HSTs to trim... I'm trying to make more squares to complete the quilt I have laid out in the third picture. Will keep working tonight and see how far I can get. Hope to at least get the 4-patches together and pressed.

Have my Sylvia block cut out for tomorrow..... just washed fresh chard & green beans courtesy of my Sis... and have them ready to steam... mushrooms ready to fry... chicken in the little oven.... probably won't get back into the sewing room tonight as I'm getting my grand doggies to sit for a few hours.... plus a bonus pug. My DD is helping friends while their loved one is in ICU recuperating from a hit & run.... I spent time yest. with the 3 dogs at DDs...but tonight.... we/I will have them..... hope the little " friend" pug likes my small back yard. DH already announced that he'll be watching TV....so guess I get doggie duty....

OK, my first goal weekend goal is accomplished--just finished the 'girl power' top for my 10 year old niece's Christmas gift! Super easy pattern. That's it for tonight! So much fun looking at everyone's wonderful weekend projects!!! Great job to all!

Everyone is doing such impressive work. Love the pink/purple/butterfly idea; love, love the four- patch/hst top. Lots of work being done. I had a day of shopping with a friend (Yikes! on the plastic!!). Before we set out this morning, I cut out four of the preemie shirts and got one completely made. More rain coming for tomorrow, so it'll be a good day for more sewing.

Irishgal and Jeanne, those are really nice colors!

Jeannie, What a fun top. Super cute!

Irishgal, I'm really liking how your row is coming along.

I'm done for tonight also. Will pick up again tomorrow. Probably with cutting blocks out. I opted to continue work on my doll quilt. (mini topper) I did add an additional border. And, have my binding ready to go. So, I still need to find backing material and quilt. But, that's always an option also. See you guys tomorrow. Have a good night.

Got the binding done on my stepdaughter's Yellow Brick Road--still need to wash it before mailing. Have to clean tomorrow, so no sewing.

I'm with you on that as well. I need to do a bit of cleaning tomorrow morning as well. I think I'll get up early and do a bit. Make a quick trip to JoAnn's and then head into the sewing room for an afternoon of catch up.

I'm about done in for the day. I elected to go for a walk, and then I headed up to tackle my tree skirt, rather than finishing all the ends on the completed quilt. Lots of progress to show for today, but I'm ready for a break & bed. I love seeing the progress everyone is making.
Just 3 more triangles to make for the Christmas tree skirt, then cut out the background and sew it all together.
