You haven't totally missed it, Nan... it continues tomorrow. Our hostess is in Canada and they are having a Monday holiday, so the VQ weekend continues tomorrow! Yay!

I've also enjoyed being part of this, and definitely got more done than if I was working alone. All your projects inspired me to stick with mine and get hundreds of blocks done. Thanks, everyone! This was a good one!

I got this UFO baby done this weekend. All I really needed to do was sew one seam to attach the two remaining sections. Been working on and off on this top for almost two years.

Thimblebug, Another lovely block. Your working with some nice colors. Your working on Sylvia's Bridal Sampler, right? It's going to be really pretty in those colors.

Calla, that looks like an interesting pattern. Nice vibrant colors.

ManicQuilter, Beautiful top. Looks like you can breath a sigh that you are now this far. Very pretty.

I bound my little topper last night. And have 1/4 of it hand quilted. I am going to put that down till later. I can sew in front of the TV tonight. I am going to head to the sewing room to cut out blocks. (After I finish my tea.) See you in a bit.

AllyStitches, I haven't received a fabric.com coupon in probably a year. And I frequently check their site to see if they're offering any discounts (particularly the one where the more you spend, the higher the discount!) but haven't seen that offered in ages either.

Oh, I know you are glad to get this finished. It's lovely... looks like lots of work.

There are so many nice project getting done this weekend.... super!!

I probably won't get much done on my project today. ... have to take my DH to the doctor in a bit. I did get the FMQ sampler done so I'm ready to get started. I just hate to start and then have to stop so quickly. So, I'll maybe tackle it later. Hope everyone else is still going to check in from time to time today. I've totally enjoyed all the interaction this weekend. I don't get much of that being so far away from everything up here in the far northwoods. Thanks for letting me join in.

Hi Nanna, I'm still here. Working on getting caught up on things. Taking a break for lunch. I have my 6 blocks plus 3 extras all cut out and ready to assemble. Will post pictures when I'm done.

All my today plans fell through. So thought, might as well continue with the VQD.

Is anyone else still here working on anything?

I'm still here. Progress is slower today, since I'm handstitching a binding. Half-done now, while watching a movie. One more movie will get it done But for now, I'm heading downstairs to quilt my tree skirt. Glad to see some are still here today

Lovely quilt, ManiacQuilter. And I'm sure a relief to see it done.
