Ooh I like the idea of a little boy in a yellow rain coat and hood stepping in a mud puddle...or the rain girl that's pictured on salt...my minds gone blank...was it the Morton Salt girl?

That's a good idea. Find some prints and fussy cut to make a little boy and a puddle.

I wonder if the Sunbonnet Sue/Overall Bill might work?

Tote bag, pillow case, it would be wonderful for a stack and wack if you had more fabric. Beautiful piece of fabric, shame you only have one yard.

Cut fabric like an umbrella and sew on a quilt block. It would be a fun fabric for a fun quilt.

You print something onto fabric? That must be something I don't have the equipment for...
No; you use the coloring sheet as a pattern for the applique pieces.

I think this would go with a "beach ladies" panel. You could call it rain or shine...
