I mostly make baby quilts 40" square for the new babies christened at my Church. Also lap quilts approx 44" x 68" for people who are ill or in nursing homes.

Lap quilts are a fun size to work with but for some reason lately I keep starting king size quilts. I start a pattern, play with the fabric and next thing you know I have it all laid out in eq at 110 inches.
I haven't quilted or finished a top that size yet and I am a little worried that I won't enjoy it as much.

I have made all sizes. My smallest is a true miniature about the size of a hot pad, and I have made a king size too and everything in between. Depends on the need or the pattern.

I've made all sizes from King to baby sized. I'm not really of making mini sized, since they would either have to hang on a wall, or be table toppers, etc. That's just not how I decorate. I've found that every time I make a table runner, I give it away. Can't decide if that's a good thing, or not!

I gift most of my quilts so the size is based on the receiver... Lately it seems I have been making a lot of baby (especially boy) quilts but I'm just finishing a queen for my son and fiancé.

I had made mostly twin size and many wall hanging quilts. I've done two that were full size but I really don't enjoy making them any larger than that. By then I am ready to move on to the next project!!

ChesterTheBunny, I love your quilt. You did a wonderful job with that panel in the middle. The colors are great. Thank you for sharing.

I don't like to make full, K or Q sized quilts. I like to make something to cuddle up on the couch with...bigger than a lap quilt, but a little smaller than a twin.
