Here is a 10 minute block made with luscious fabric. I made one with batiks, but it isn't quilted yet. IMHO a lovely quilt that really shows off the fabric. http://tamarackshack.blogspot.com/20...ute-block.html

The worst part is that each company has it's own cute name!!

Let's see... a cracker divided in four makes four 5" charms squares. If you did that I would highly recommend Pat Speth's book called Nickel quilts - loads of great ideas.
Loved some of the suggestions here.

LOL Have ya seen the window pane 9 patch tutorial ? Its for 5" squares, but you could make it for 10" if you like. I just watched it and thought .. hmmm I have a daughter who is a pistol to quilt for (one minute she likes BRIGHT, the next minute Oh no mom I want all DARK !LOL), so I thought I am mixing the both!LOL after seeing this one ..

OK! There I go again. I thought put some peanut butter on them. Never heard of Crackers in that manner. Fabric sounds yummy, though! Show us what you came up with when you're done. How about a photo of it.

I just made a beautiful quilt using batik 10 inch squares. I needed a simple but pretty quilt for my DGS. I took the 10 inch squares and laid them out so they looked just perfect in a 6 x 8 grid (yes, I added two extra-42). I used black sashing and used other batiks for cornerstones and then a border that went with the batiks. It is at the long arm quilters right now but I can assure you it is absolutely stunning. I used another brand of batiks than Hoffman but the colors were fantastic.
