    Our guild likes to have the name of the person who pieced it and who quilted (esp.if a different persn) or if it was a groupd effort.the name of the pattern or the inspiration for the quilt.all of this is on a paper and it is either pinned to the quilt or on the display wall next to it.we have little books that we hand out at the door that has all the quilts listed by row.I usually stand at the door and hand out the programs and welcome the people to the show

    Yes, I'd love to have the details that Ghostrider outlined. Our show isn't until May 1&2 of 2010, so I've got ample time to design the entry forms and get the committee on board with the idea. We'll need to have ads in the program to offset the cost of printing a larger program booklet, but we have plenty of lead time.
