I thought the creative grids were already non slip? If they aren't I'll stick with omnigrip ones. I don't like adding to the back of my rulers.

well I think I know now why I like the omnigrips. I can buy them w/ a coupon at Joanns. Creative Grids are only sold at quilt shops. And none around here.

i agree about the 1/2' on the side. i too have trouble remembering to use the correct side of the ruler. i have learned not to use them except as square ups. they are perfect for that.

just yesterday i finally found my creative grid ruler that was misplaced. after using it i came to the realization that i love this ruler best. i will be replacing my others as time, and money, allow.

I have a bit of everything. 1st ruler was a Fiskars 24" long and it is fine but wanted something smaller, less likely to move on me and the only 18" ruler I could find was a Creative Grids - LOVE IT! If I could afford to replace all my rulers w/ Creative Grids, I would do it.

I have one Omnigrid and do not like it - those yellow lines - it's just too busy. It's a 12.5" square and would be the first one I'd replace.

Of course you're biased, and proudly so. I would'nt like to be without by Westalees. They're the best rulers I've ever had.
