Just wanted to say I hate the heat, too! Especially now that I'm going thru that stage of life if you know what I mean! Grew up in Wisconsin (loved the 4 seasons), dad moved us to East Texas my senior year in highschool - I thought I was going to die - so hot I could barely breathe. Met my husband who was in TX to attend college and afterwards we moved to his home state of WA .... ahhh, paradise! Not too hot, not too cold, near the mountains for snow and the ocean for beaches. Yes, it rains (alot) but like I tell everyone - it's usually the kind of rain where you don't get wet (more like a mist). Besides, the rain keeps everything so green and fresh and blooming - it always SMELLS so good! And what better way to spend a rainy afternoon - QUILTING!

Anyway, welcome back to the cool side! (And I think your machines will survive no matter what the weather if they're packed really well!).
