Classifieds is not intended to be a store, it's meant to be a thrift shop...as Patrice is so fond of reminding us. ;)
So, NO, it will not be posted in the classifieds, you are right, I do not want to sell it at 40% off immediately.
So, I will post a note (need research correct spot to post), that says it is ready. I have just redone my blog page to allow for this new info. Right now it basically says nothing! But, I have set up pages to put the info when it is ready. So, become an email follower, and you will know when info is posted.

Ok, I took Friday off, and wow - you all were so chatty. I have caught up to all the comments. And I will now work on the PM - there are 2 dozen! Wow.
Over the weekend, I thought the name of the technique, and title of the book should be "Cut Work Portraits and other art quilts" - what do you think?

Thanks again for devising this unique process.

I had a chance to actually see a layout this weekend. Up till now I had been working mainly on text and patterns, but not really tried to lay it out.
Just to create the templates, I quick typed an Intro. There are bunches of typos, and I didn't have everyone's name at home with me so, it is not really accurate, but gave me an idea of the "look".
What do you think?

I have created an even simpler way to create the patterns, so decided to try it out with my 6 year old granddaughter. That was a hoot!
She did really well - until she decided to do her own thing, and then got bored and didn't finish! :-P
Anyway, she didn't understand the concept of angle perception, so free hand drew another ear to match the first one (not quite in the same place, but really pretty good) - her ear really is sort of hidden behind her cheek in the photo. Also, she didn't like her hair, so started drawing her own style, then got bored and quit, so she is bald on one side.
She hurried too much, and so the lines aren't exactly where they should be, so shapes are a little off too.
But, all that aside, I think she did pretty good.
