Last quilt my guild raffled off....we charged $10 a ticket...yikes.....well that quilt was entered in some major quilt shows and did get an award or two.....and raised about $6000 ... which was awarded minus expensives....to a group or two in the local community who were seeking to help give opportunities to underserved folks....It is a beautiful quilt.

Our AAUW Quilt Group creates a quilt annually and gets $5 per ticket, proceeds go to scholarships.
