I'm impatiently waiting for my blocks. Got them in 2 days the last time and haven't gotten anything yet. Hoping they come soon. I only live in New Mexico. By the way I would love to have an all snowman swap! I love snowmen!

Hi everybody; I got my blocks this afternoon and it was so much fun looking them over, more than once. Then I opened up a 2nd envelope with more blocks and I thought oh no, Red made a mistake. However both envelopes with were addressed from me to me so that was not possible. I thought some more and I remembered sending in 12 - 12" quilted blocks really early and then the second batch of 12 blocks was sent about the deadline because I had been ailing and was worried not getting them done in time. Well anyway due to my senior moment I do have 24 lovely blocks from 24 lovely friends, enough to make a divan quilt for next year. While I enjoyed doing the GGS the Halloween quilt, the Christmas one is mine. Thank all of you so much.

I got my blocks today as well as skitter. I love all the blocks that i have received and can't thank Red enough for doing this block. I am hoping after the holidays it will slow down enough so that I can put some of my swaps together. I overdid it this year and decided I needed to make my four kids as well as my sister and her two kids all quilts (and didn't decide that until I knew they were coming up to visit us here... Around September LOL) I am a very slow quilter so this is definitely a challenge, but I am getting there. I can't wait until I can make one of these for MYSELF!! Thanks again everyone!

Snownannie ... I sure hope you receive yours tomorrow. I mailed them all at the same time, so I don't understand why the mail is so scattered as far as delivery goes. Strange, huh?

I also got my blocks the other day and had so much fun looking through them. Thank you everybody for the cute and fun blocks and thank you Red for hosting the swap it was fun and I look forward to doing another one soon.

Received my blocks. My husband went to mailbox last night to check for them. It is a nice selection. Now to get them done so then the kids will each have a Christmas quilt . It was a concern when I heard a bit of squabble over the ones I have and that they were going to take. So funny. I think I will give them when they leave home. Sounds a bit more extended. Love my girls. It makes you feel good when they want to fight over which quilt they get. They will be numbered, put in a hat, and each will then get whatever number they pull out of hat. Thanks Red for swapping.
