Reversible would be nice, just add that to my sign up please. Thanksgiving on one side and Christmas on the other. Then I'll have a choice of which rooms to decorate with what. Thanks for the inspiration Dusty'smomma, although my partner might not think so. But I can always ask....

I'm giving it serious thought - there's enough time to get project finished and to the post office for special delivery....hmmmmmmm - stay tuned.

ok girls, you hooked me. This should be fun. I'm already in the tablerunner swap with ya'll, what's one more to make? Holiday???? Anything Christmas, of course, Nautical for my dining room/kitchen would be nice. Falls covered on the other swap. Fourth of July/patriotic is always welcome. Can't think of anything else at the moment. Sending my PM.

I use patriotic for the whole summer its bright and 'feels good' then of course comes Veterans Day which is a HUGE day in our house, my dh's favorite day. We hang up his uniform, his fathers uniform and all sorts of fun things like that on display. We make a point of thanking any vet we see and well its all happy for him. red/blue/white holiday lights.. you name it so yes its nice to use these things more than once. I am sneaky I take the blue items out later for winter decorations, the red ones for valentines day. lol I multi use my decorations!

I am all game for any 'created' holiday real or not. Howabout love a frog day? for the frog lovers? ok and never forget arbor day for those who like woodsy things.. and well I say its a free for all. you created a free for all .. and I love it.

Thanks for the FYI Elizabrat, I did not pay attention to any other swaps going on. Will watch for a few to see if I will have time to think of something. i believe the harder part for me is what do I want. More fun to make for someone else than them make for me.

This is so true Cindy! We have so many patriotic holidays & days that are associated with patriotism in this country. Flag day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Veteran's day, etc. I would love to get around to making the quilt I designed for my brother with my dad's army ribbons on it. I'm thinking now that I have the embroidery ability it'll be easier to do & i just may be able to do it now. There's a few places that digitize photos into embroidery, which would make it easier to put the photo on it. Perhaps this is an indication that it should be wall hanging or throw size instead, since it won't really be used anyway. Dunno, just a thought. I have all these projects I want to do.

You ladies are being very quiet in here! Is everyone coercing....er inviting....their friends to come play?

What me quiet!!!! Not on your life! I have been busy setting up my table runner swap so many of us that it took a lot of sorting , smokers, non smokers, cat allergies (odd 38 people and only cat allergies not dogs). Then I had this great idea to start another little round robin amongst a few friends and well my good ideas get me in trouble half the time lol. My DH runs when I say I have a good idea. that or he groans. lol..

I have lots of Christmas fabric glad to use that! oh heck glad to use any of my fabrics I bought them to be used. I now have a good collection of tropical fabrics too.. got on a roll this last summer then someone on the board was selling hers off at 3.0 a yard! well they said buy me buy me.. lol.

I have a busy day ahead of me. I have to finish my "not your mommas hot pad" swap item it sounds like a fun swap easy to do, sorta like a mug rug only insulated for the table so creativity abounds in that one. And I want to get my wall hanging done for Rhondas swap ok started started I haven't even picked out the fabrics and then there is oh the list goes on as always. today is clinic day reality says clinic, nap, post office pooped out. yuppers. some days are like this.
