A fun way I like to use my candies is in a crossword layout. I have made full size quilts but this is a throw pillow size I made for a family.

I wanted to be able to include everyone in this contest!
So Michigan for the next 3-4 days will be dancing around 100 degrees!!!
So that sounds like a good time for me to tackle my craft room and get it unpacked.
Keep the pictures and links coming....I am so ready to sew. I have not been able to get to my quilting stuff since it was packed up in January!!!
I’m diving in and I will come up for air tomorrow to send August birthday address.

CNY is doing that same dance, Barb! Today was just icky with the heat and humidity and tomorrow will be worse with the heat index expected to be 108 -112. Then it will start cooling down after Sunday. I can take the heat (used to live near Mohave desert in CA), but this humidity is so uncomfortable. I usually look forward to some weekend time on my back patio with a hand working project. But tomorrow, I will be happy to stay in my A/C sewing room inside!
