One more treasure in my box today:
    Patrick's Mom 8-24
    Wendy McD 8-26
    AHWU 8-27

Sewbizgirl's, who lives a stone throw from me, has been lost due to the politics of our local post offices I suspect.

    Wendy -- hugs!!!

Hopefully it will get to you before your birthday. This is why I like to mail as early as possible... to allow for post office shenanigans.

My candies went in the mail on Monday. Still no sewing being done at my house.

You're welcome, and your quilt is awesome! I love seeing those Valentine Candy blocks used in a quilt. I think I'll have to make another one for myself. I gave the first one away because I was so disappointed when I cut off four points on the top and bottom borders.

If any of you are followers of Pat Sloan you will have seen this pattern today as part of her Summer Soiree sew along. Today's block is a variation of the Arkansas Crossroads block. The link is below. It would eat up lots of 2.5's .

The first quilts I made from Birthday Candy from my first swap was a pretty close version of this same block. Yes, Indeed, I has so many little candies that I made two quilts from them. Big group of swappers that year!
