Got my envelopes and will take and mail them from New York! Going to get our motorhome back from repair shop (since June)
will stay over a week on Long Island to visit with family and friends then come back to NH for doctor visits.
We now have PCP in New England and AZ and NY . And we have are legal residency in Texas! Gotta love our life on the move. But setting up PCP is hard work!
DH has retina specialist in AZ, NY and Boston! And they all share the information.

TG, I would call you an excellent juggler! Wow. Keeping all of those medical and helping folks informed would be daunting for most of us. Sounds like, "You got it", though. Enjoy your family on Long Island and safe travels back to NH.
