I mailed two of the April envelopes today and will drop off the other two tomorrow, so they'll be on their way on Monday. Yay!
We're back in a hectic time at work. It was so nice to get such great progress on the latest quilt during Spring Break. I finished quilting a UFO quilt from an exchange that took place in 2005,--yes, an 18 year UFO, yikes... ...But now... there it sits, the binding started, until I miraculously carve out some time to work on it again. *sigh*

WMU Teach, good suggestion. Now if I can only find my sewing machine under piles of unfinished works (not all sewing related). ![Smile](https://cdn.quiltingboard.com/images/smilies/smile.png)
We survived the storms ok. It had been alternating between a few days of rain storms and a few days of windy dry days since January. We lost a few fences and had leaks on some window frames. Other than that, we are fine. The preschool where I worked had some trees fall, lucky the parking lot was empty and one got hurt. Feeling wimpy to complain about California weather, I still remembered living in Boston when I had to shovel snow out of the front door to just step out and chisel ice off my car.
In the mailbox today are:
Janice McC
RebaQuilts
Thank you

So many packages have arrived already! Congratulations to all of you who are sending out quickly so the birthday gal has her packages all stacked up for her special day. I am impressed. Y'all make this group easy to be a part of.
