I don't know if it is "alright" but I have mentioned it on in a number of threads. What is a little advertising of good things on our site among friends? Thank you, ibex94. If it is not OK, then we will both be in TROUBLE together. We'll just sit in our confinement space and quilt until someone bails us out! Tee-Hee-Hee.
As I have for the last year and a bit, I will be an avid lurker here. I love the positive energy of this thread and the wonderful ideas for using up some of the smaller pieces of fabric filling my stash!

My DS’s girlfriend is visiting with her 14 yo daughter. The daughter looked at my sewing nook and said wow, I’d like to learn to sew. After a few machine instructions, I brought out a box of candy and said pick nine. She made 4 nine patches today and can’t wait till tomorrow.
she says ..you mean if I put these block’s together I could make a quilt???
I love to see creativity shine! (Even after being introduced to Jack!)
