Very modern looking! I know lots of people who would love a quilt like that. Lucky donation bin recipient!

I think it's great to encourage QB members to check out different threads, and I totally see the connection between this swap and the Fabric Moratorium. :-)

As I have for the last year and a bit, I will be an avid lurker here. I love the positive energy of this thread and the wonderful ideas for using up some of the smaller pieces of fabric filling my stash!

woohoo! Almost at 20! Thank you for the support, Gemm. Maybe some of the fabric moratorium folks will wander over here so we can get our 20 for the year....

Just searching for the bottom of the green "candy" box. I still can't see it, but the top fits on now. Ta Da!

My DS’s girlfriend is visiting with her 14 yo daughter. The daughter looked at my sewing nook and said wow, I’d like to learn to sew. After a few machine instructions, I brought out a box of candy and said pick nine. She made 4 nine patches today and can’t wait till tomorrow.
she says ..you mean if I put these block’s together I could make a quilt???
I love to see creativity shine! (Even after being introduced to Jack!)
