i ended up taking a photo of the picture in the book!!
because the block is a 10", i will add the border piece again to the other side to make it a 12.5"

The blocks look beautiful.
As a reminder to everyone, if using jelly rolls or other precut fabrics, it is still necessary to prewash the fabric so that all of it is uniformly treated.

ok, this is my first fully finished 'four sisters' block.
i just have the last border to do on the other 11 blocks, then they're all finished and ready to post to dagny. i love them all!!

well, i've really enjoyed myself today sewing the 'four sisters' blocks, and i've almost finished them well ahead of schedule!!
i've decided to make a 3rd set!
this time i will make 'floral bouquet' another jelly roll block as i still have alot of the strip fabric left. i'm using 2 jelly rolls.
