I just found batiks on sale by mistake while looking for different fabric. It lists them as half yard and you have to buy 2 which is a yard. Some of them are 2.99 for 1/2 yd so 5.98 per yard. Some are 2.49 for 1/2 yd so 4.98 per yard. Some are more but if you go through the web sale products, you might find some good ones. I just ordered some for our new block swap.
