When I go shopping I buy fabrics with purple. I try to put a little purple in each quilt project. Sort of my signature color. But I make quilts out of all different color combinations. The last 2 years I've been into scrappy quilts. Another person with rainbow as my color(s).

I see we had another person wander in here asking lots of questions. I told Lena that we are filled for this year but check back with us next January for the next swap.
Do you all realize just how many squares you are going to receive for your birthday????
1550 squares!!!! That is enough to to make a Twin size quilt!!!! (72x96) Aren't we lucky to have a birthday!!!!!

Okay how about another question........What is your favorite animal??????
Mine is a dog. I know that sounds really boring. But I love dogs because they are so loyal. They stay at your side when you are sick and know when you are sad. I have had only two dogs in my life. One is over the rainbow bridge Whitney, and one is here laying right by my feet while she waits for me to go to bed. Sophie <3
but you know Prairie dogs are pretty cute too!

Dogs, but I love cats, too. 
We recently adopted a Chihuahua. Her name is Kaylee. She immediately claimed my recliner and fleece blanket as her own. ha ha I made her harness/dress. Turned out fairly well considering it's the first time I've made doggy clothes! 
We also have 4 cats, all rescues.

Dogs. If it weren't for my husband I'd be the crazy dog lady adopting every one that crosses my path. Big, small, and in-between. They speak to me. 
Been only adopting rescues for years now and have begun to do fostering in the past 18 months or so. Love it!

I have had dogs all my life. My dad would bring home a mutt - Heinz 57 we called them because it was difficult to know what breeds they were. I still prefer the love and loyalty of a canine. Never bought one. Always rescued. Currently have a 10yo Doodle we rescued 7 years ago.

Love your kitty names! Our last cat was an orange tabby named Walter. He had ALOT of character! He needed to be adopted away because of DH's asthma, but still holds a special place in our hearts!
But, as much as I loved dear Walter, cats are not my favorite animal.
