OMGosh...this reminds me of the "Happier Than a Camel on Hump Day" tv commercial with the camel walking through an office asking everyone he meets if they know what day it is. One of my favorite commercials ever. Thanks for the laugh!

Hi everyone, I have had a bad case of bronchitis. So I am just mailing the last two birthday girls cards today. I am looking to better days. I hope to finish cutting candies this weekend.
By the way new swapers, 6.5 X 9 inch envelopes work the best to keep it flat enough. That way the postage is only 70 cents. I has to be less than 1/4 inch thick to go for this postage. Most of all have fun.

Hey, Barbara, remember our Mystery Quilt and and the "kerfuffle"? Of course you do. I was just digging around in my UFO's and I found my version #2 about 1/3 done. My week-end project is to get the blocks done and hanging on my quilting wall so I can give the on point thing another try. It is all orange! Had to do something with all of those little orange squares! Photos later!

I received another one today from Lum. Thank you, Lum. There's still a week until my birthday so there's time for the remaining 5 to show up. I'd love it! So far, 31 have been received. Thank you!

I received a squishy from Ice Leopard! Thank you!! Sorry I was late in reporting it, mail person ignored the forwarding info on my old mailbox and stuffed it in anyway. I was able to retrieve it yesterday.

AnokaQuilter - my birthday candies arrived today! Sorry to hear about your mail box. We used to live near Lake Ontario that gets Lake Effect snow and the snow plows would hit mail boxes. By Springtime, peoples mail boxes would be taped and tied together, barely sometimes, and just hanging on!

Thank you for the card and candies! I get to play like it was my birthday again!

Thank You Anoka Quilter for the Birthday Candies that I received in the mail yesterday from you. They all look great. Sorry to hear about your mailbox. I live in rural SW Minnesota and we've had a ridiculous amount of snow here, too. Our local school has only had 2 full days out of the last 14 school days! And another local school, 4 of their 9 busses got stuck one day. Oh, that would be the same day I got stuck in the ditch on my gravel road!! I am so ready for spring. And I want to make a trip to IKEA in Bloomington to get some more Alex cabinet drawers for my Pantos but it's 2 hours away and never dare go with this crap weather we've had the past couple weeks. I'm hoping to go this coming week and I want to go to Millie P's, too, while I am in the Cities. So I suspect I will be near you. Have a great weekend. Sounds like snow here again tomorrow-- 2-4"!
