Oooops posted this in the wrong thread

So ladies I promised to give an update on mr Bill as soon as we knew something. Well today we finally got the last test result back he is leaking CSF and has been for quite sometime. Our next steps are to have a scan with contrast to find out where meet with the neurosurgeon AGAIN and decide a game plan. Once the leak is stopped dizziness, headaches and neck pain should decrease significantly. Whew we finally know something at least my only "issue" with it is this was something we mentioned to the docs early in this process and it was kind of set aside words like unlikely, probably not, and then went on to do a lot of other tests.. while necessary the CSF test could have been done much earlier in this process and we would have been on a path to fix it already. I hate it when drs don't actully listen to what is being said to them. Ok vent over onward and upward.

Great news Terri.

Glad there is a path forward for Mr. Bill. Very frustrating process.

Wonderful to see all the UFO conversions to beautiful objects.

Default Just Call Me Alice

Hello Bloomers.....I mean Boomers....Well it is finally a beautiful early Spring day today and just getting back here to catch up on the thread. It seems like I fell into a rabbit hole a few days ago and just getting back. I've been on a mission to randomly add fused applique flowers to my Boom 14 garden quilt.

With a little help from my friend, I have been having a blast creating blooms, bugs, fire flies and oh my the list goes on. This quilt is definitely a happy quilt. The pockets are working out perfect.

Tomorrow its back to update the Retreat Boomers with some great news. Pictures on the way! If you want to receive information by e-mail, just PM me your e-mail address and I will put you on the distribution. September 23rd allows plenty of time to make decisions - might as well stay on the info list until you decide. We have 6 who are committed to making it!

And here is a look at the pieces and parts I keep pinning up. Mother's Day......ummmm....who knows!

Back to Retreat Planning for the next two days

Bee

Thank you Bee we are finally getting somewhere thats a good thing it's another step forward.
I am in love with your flower blocks particularly the sunflower. I can't wait to see your finished quilt.

Oh Terri I am sorry it is hard when they are deteriating. I lost my mom 16 years ago I remember the last couple of years and how much it hurt to know i was loosing her and my girls would have so few memories of their grandmother.

Big hugs to you and Bea
