Default Gentle Reminders

Since we're moving along nicely with this swap, I want to remind everyone of a few things:
  • Be sure you are reading and following requests whenever possible. If you have any questions, please post or pm the fabric owner with questions.
  • 12 1/2 inches is the block size you are aiming for, or as close as you can get. Measure, measure, measure as you go so you can spot issues before the block is done.
  • Clean up your blocks by trimming threads, neatly pressing, and squaring up your blocks.
  • Label blocks with your name so the person receiving it will know who created it and pack each one in it's own baggie/ziplock.
  • When you are ready to ship to me, be sure to put your blocks in a large, resealable ziplock bag. If you are in both groups and shipping to me at the same time, please separate the groups into two bags.
  • Participation on the board is required. Remember to check in here regularly!
  • If you have any questions about the swap or any problems, please email me at [email protected]
  • HAVE FUN!!!
Thanks!

Ok, cool. I didn't realize LJD had more than 2 fabrics. I have three myself. Thanks for straightening me out.

You can email them to me and I'll gladly post them for you in the meantime. Just try to keep the pix under 200kb each if you decide to email them. Thanks!

Hello all - a very protective day ...well really I got to finish three today that were started the other day!
Jaba - Your grandbaby will be a star so I made one for her
SeaSaw - I LOVE blues and found I had just enough of the white with blue stars that matched perfectly with your blue with white stars.
And then there is difergie - oh my. Yours has been taken apart and put back together so many times. I had two blocks of flowered material that matched so well. But when I put it all together - well it matched too well. Searched and found a green - but it was a bit loud. Dyed said green with blueberry tea. Perfect. Put it together. Darn - need more of the green, dye some more, took it apart, put it back together - and this is your block. Hope you like it cause there is no way I am going to change it!!
