@Lucky_Alf2 --- If you haven't made my block please feel free to send back the fabric. I can remove the stress of one block from your plate and it will be totally fine with me. I know how life gets too frazzled at the times you least expect it.

I've already offered to accept the f8s back unstitched but Lucky seems pretty certain she can pull it off. At last count, she was about half done. Im pretty confident that one way or the other, I'll get a package from her on time.

Great humor. Back steps were removed as expected. Took dd to airport and granddaughter bd shopping. Came home and construction crew had removed front stairs. That wasn't supposed to happen. Visualize this, an overweight 60 plus lady slithering up and in the enclosed porch oh her tummy, rolling over in a small spot and trying to stand back up. Good grief. We have a side door that has never been used, luckily Dh found the key so she have a way in and out.

OMGOSH! Terriamn, I aM laughing at the absurdity of removal of both sets of steps and trying NOT to laugh at your efforts to get inside. . Am definitely not succeeding. (Insert belly laugh!). Thanks for this morning's great start!

Thank you Kass. I remembered I had that fabric from another quilt I made for a niece. I can throw in a fat quarter if you can use it.
