Awesome work, Jaba! Seven in one day! So pretty, too.

I've had one of those 'chasing my tail' days.... Can't seem to get settled on anything to sew. I wanted to put my QAYG blocks together from a local block swap, but then realized what a small quilt it will make. So now I'm in limbo deciding what to do with that to end up with at least a lap throw size quilt.

At least I got my house cleaned today.

Finished my last block for Summer..LJ Dugas' long lost F8. I have a 3 day free weekend so hope to get either some bonus blocks done or start on Autumn. wont be out much this weekend because they are expecting double or more the people in Central Mo for parties and for the eslipse. Grandkids even got the day off school for fear of "traffic" problems.

Sewbiz, I've cleaned for the last 3 days, I was over it. Started sewing today and just kept on going..actually fun to me looking at the fabric that was left and trying to figure out what I can make. Just have yours and ? left....then I'm done even making bonus blocks, no fabric left! Withdrawal will set in but I do have some hand binding to do. About 5 weeks left before we leave for the winter house in Florida so lots to do before that....or I should say, lots to remember to do. It's a check list and a double check list

Love your pretty block for LJDugas, Joan!

Jan, I clean house rarely... so it was a big deal! How exciting to be able to plan to go back to FL for the summer.

I think I may escape Boom withdrawl this time because I have so many other blocks to make. I'm making the same kind of 12.5" sampler blocks but with Christmas fabrics, for lap quilts for local donations this Christmas. I need to make a lot more. I'm also working through the Farmer's Wife Pony Club book, making those blocks. They are so much fun and only 8". And I'm also doing the Piecing the Past, Rest and Refreshing sampler quilt... tho there is only one block left before we are done.

I know several of you ladies are doing the monthly Quilting Bee blocks, too. I've seen some pretty blocks over there!

Joanelizbay, great job locating LJD's f8 and making such a pretty block for her.

To all of you making "bonus" blocks, it's amazing that you are taking it so far. Wow! Your "regular" blocks are already lovely but the bonuses are such terrific extras.

Sewbizgirl, love your new avatar

Gallery is caught up again through this morning. I've made some minor changes in it; blocks are now in order, more or less, by the maker's name. It helps me keep track of who has made what.

This is a bonus block I made this morning for GramE. I combined the scraps from both of her other blocks to make this one. I hope you can use it.
