Jaba, thank you for my pretty bonus blocks! I was going to comment on that blue fabric, too. And it's coming my way... yay! I have several red wood grain pieces for my pony club quilt, but no blue. Haven't seen it at all.

I love the daisy/blueberries block too. Is there a name for that block pattern?

GramE, I know you are happy, relieved and proud of your grandson! We worry about our young men until they find their way to what they are supposed to be doing with their lives. Sounds like he has. Wonderful!

I have the book by Judy Hopkins "501 Rotary-Cut Quilt Blocks" and it's called Grandmother's Favorite. It's one of my favorite quilt blocks to show off focal fabric. Glad you like your blocks.

Thank you... I'm sure I can find it on one of the block sites online, knowing the name.

Well it seems only Trillium (Carolyn's) patterns are still available, Soma's have been removed so you can only down load ever other one from the list.

Jan thanks I love the daisy block, wouldn't mind an entire quilt out of that fabric.

The reds are perfect. Very pretty.

having a major rain storm here. Sure glad hubby was driving the new car and not me. We were out to eat and our weather alerts went off. Tornado warning and flash flood alert. The city has been hit by storm after storm and all the rain has gone around the lake. Incredible how wet we are and how dry the campground is. So glad I am home safe and sound

Those are pretty blocks, Joan. I really love NanaK's red one.

Terri, hope hubby got home safe and sound! We have been having terrible rain storms here too. It's usually nice for a while in the mornings, but then the rain comes in. So. Much. Rain. We are saturated.
