Boom 20 - Quail 3 month group
#1211
I get the flu shot every year execpt last year. I was on a low dose antibiotic for a few months for skin issues so I couldn’t get the flu shot. I will definitely look into the shingle shot. I have a tendency to get cold sores that seem to take forever to go away. Thanks Mjp for your information, I didn’t think about the connection between cold sores and shingles.

I am having no symptoms at all other then a sore arm, it’s like the sore arm you get from a tetanus shot.
Here a couple more pictures of my quilt as you go blocks from last boom. You can see the improvement with the rulers. Far from good but heading in the right direction

Do you take lysine? It is an amino acid, completely safe and is very effective in combating the virus that causes cold sores. It works by starving the virus. At the first tingle take very high doses for several days I ususally take 5 - 8,000 mg for a few days then around 4,000 for a few more then 1000 for a couple of weeks.
