Good grief, just getting over one of those nasty 24 hour virus’s. Can’t even remember the last time I was so terribly ill.

How sick. Well I didn’t even go on my I pad for over 24 hours and being truly addicted to it that is saying a lot. Now to catch up.

Take good care of yourself Terri during these stressful times. We’ve gone through a few colds but have avoided the flu. Rest well, eat well and exercise. It’s always difficult during the holidays. I believe if you exercise between Christmas and New Year it should burn twice the calories.

Here are the groups as they stand today. Two more people have joined the 2 month group so that takes us up to 15. Bluelady is returning after a couple of years and Givio is a first time swapper with this Boom. We have space for five more people in the 2 month group.
