TG, great blocks for JayneW and Quiltermomma. The Christmas star is so eye catching with the black fabric.

Jayne W I used the black and really like the look - totally not the typical Christmas Red and White.
Cheesehead, don't you just love the martini fabric? Perfect for those stars you made. Nice work on all three. SA

Went to look at the ruler, ended up with a set of batik FQs. I’m telling myself I got a deal. Thanks, moonrise.

Checking in again-sitting at the table and it isn't too uncomfortable, hoping that means I'll get some sewing in sometime soon!!

I got the ruler too. They always get me with the freebies...100 dollars later and 100 farther from getting a second machine. I have mixed feelings clearly lol.

TG, I absolutely love your blocks! QM's quilt will be beautiful, can't wait to see it. The black fabric with the Christmas red is striking. Very nice!!

Cheesehead, OMG, Love my blocks. They are amazing and perfect. The red stars just pop off the martini fabric. Thank you very much!! Terri's block is also fantastic. Your color choices are beautiful. I totally understand how the camera (& surrounding fabric) can change the appearance of color. Your blocks are always fabulous!

I'm excited about my martini fabric and blocks. I am looking forward to putting this quilt together.

Stafar, don't over do it!! Often after surgery, when you start feeling better, people will tend to over do it and the next day, they pay for it. It's kinda like two steps forward, and one step back. Be careful. Glad you are feeling better!! <3

You are more than welcome DHenson, that was such fun fabric!
Love all of the blocks being shown!
Stafar just take it easy, you still have over two months to get those blocks finished.

Here is a block for MonaG.

PamelaOry, I got away cheaply this time. I too often fall for the “save the $X shipping by spending $40 ($50, $60...) more”. It always sounds good at the time but today I bought with a clearer head.

Stafar, still lots of time so don’t push yourself too fast.

I have another sewing partner this week. PizzaGuy. Yep, that’s his name. My grandson’s dog. Not sure what he is, something French. But he prances around like a performance horse. Lifts his legs high. He might weigh 6 pounds. Dumps trash cans, eats most anything he can find and curses! I’m sure when i’m Getting him a treat for doing his dooty outside, he’s telling me in a growly voice that i’m Too slow! Neighbors are outside and i’m hollering for PizzaGuy to come in, a bit embarrassing. But he makes me laugh.
