So nice most of the F8s are in your hands now, Janice. Hoping the others will follow shortly. I'm trying to finish some projects before the ROSES arrive.

MJP we all love your applique and improv blocks, so not to worry! What a great granny you are to go take care of your grandkids for your daughter. Take care of yourself too, and be sure you get rest. One 4YO can really wear a person out, let alone two!

Off to work on my plethora of WIPs, and Terri's bear.

I am really concerned about my package. I handed it to the postalworker at work on Friday. Hoping it just missed being scanned and will show up. This is so irritating.

I just emailed you about it. No need to reply. The package is showing as not being received but I’m betting it just wasn’t scanned and it will eventually be in my mailbox as you say. Very annoying!

Yeah, my package arrived on time. I am happy and pleased that we are getting so close to having all of these little cuts of fabric in our hands.

Trying to catch up, had a 24 hour bug but all better now. Crossing my fingers hubby doesn’t get it tomorrow. We are hosting a shrimp boil for 11. He is the cook and I take care of the rest.

Janice the block that is my nemesis is Aunt Diana. I have a big no written next to it.

Yeah on all the packages arriving! HAV how nerve racking on yours.

Hav, your package showed up in my list of arrivals. It’s set for delivery on Saturday. I’d guess it sat in a corner for four days until someone scanned it in on the 19th. Grrr.

Here are two blocks I made. The first is for Lstew and the second for SusieQ. The block for Lstew is the one that drove me crazy until I gave up and changed the plan. I do like it but wasn’t what I wanted. (I still haven’t given up on the original pattern.). And Susie asked for muted colors and she approved this one, thank goodness. Hope you both are happy.

Janice I love the crisp fall colors of Lstew block.
And Susie- the muted colors will be making a nice soft quilt

Quickly went through my sewing/craft stuff. The OLLI is having a craft swap today. I am giving up on making a Swedish weave monk cloth blanket and hopefully someone else will take all the patterns and cloth home. (Otherwise it will donated) who knows what will come home with me!!
