No worries! I do have quite a few more to add to both albums, and I know that I missed a few that I sent (taking pictures - so I'm going through the threads now to see if the recipients posted!)

Here's another link:

These are ones that I sent (most of them so far.. have to still upload the other pictures!)

I am joining this swap AGAIN and to all those newbies, come on along for the fun. There is usually plenty of time to get the blocks done in time and if you have someone close to you that quilts it is fun to work together. that is what I am going to do with this one. As for getting all the blocks back there are many varables that can change that. I did happen to get my blocks back in both swaps that I was in. This is my third one and I am so excited to start. It is like Christmas every time to check the mail and there is a "squishy" waiting for you to open.

I really did enjoy my educational blocks...I was amazed at how I progressed and kept trying new things. Sadly I am still missing 9 blocks coming home to me so I'll wait and see if they come back before I sign up for another. (Not counting the 2 that dropped out).

Everyone is welcome to click on the link below to see the blocks I made for Boomerang 5.East ... I used up almost every scrap of the f8's I received in the blocks.

It was VERY helpful when people enclosed notes of what they liked and goal for the blocks. It really changed which block I made for them so I could try and stay within their theme. Hopefully all of my blocks "worked" in their plans.

The ones I have received back have been super. Love all the imagination and skills.

I thinks some folks were surprised at the postage expenses...but they were warned up front it could be high.
Those were great looking blocks....

quick question

what size are we sending in to start?

i google a Fat 8th and it says the size is 9 by 11, which makes sense half of a FQ.

the rules post says to send Fat 8ths but then in another section it says the size is 18 by 11.

I have always sent 11x18. I've noticed that the f8s that I've received vary from about 9x18 or 21 to 12x20. I. Aim to send 11x18

Hello,
I would love to do this please. I am in Canada so I hope you all don't mind? :) I would like to do the big swap.

May I send each person a Fat Quarter? Should I prewash them all?

This is my first Boomerang swap, I am so excited.
